We held our Highfield Hoppings in school. Each year group had a chance to participate in all of the activities on the day within their own bubbles.
Activities included hook the duck, hula hoops, football skills, Santa’s bottle flip, snowman bowling, hot chocolate and marshmallow pops, snowballs down the chimney, reindeer hunt and make your own reindeer food.
Congratulations to Jamie-Leigh in year 6 who correctly guessed how many sweets were in the jar!
The children would like to say a massive thank you to Mrs Knight and the kitchen team for keeping a constant supply of hot chocolate and marshmallow pops for the children to enjoy throughout the day. Another big thank you to Mr Hibbert and Mr Hall for all their hard work in the setup of the Hoppings.
We would also like to say a big thank you to Mr Bianchi for entertaining everyone with Christmas classics and other assorted songs throughout the day; and to Mr Stewart for improving our football skills on the yard.
Everyone had a fantastic time.
